Training
Before we allow you to start on your own we will
train you for 4 weeks, but remember, that's only the start of the
ongoing training. During these 4 weeks of theory and practice you
will enabled to start your Franchise.
The course covers all aspects of running the Franchise, including
Sales Training, practical knowledge of roof structures, costing
of jobs, the calculating of materials and costs, the admin procedures,
evaluating your financial performance, contractual law, handling
customers and artisans and much, much more.
You will pass ongoing tests right throughout the course to ensure
comprehension.
Being a "Learning Organisation" we will constantly expect you to
take part in the ongoing training at regular intervals.
You will be amazed how much potential resides in you waiting to
be unearthed.
