Your franchise fee “could be as low as R 400 000” (depending on the area).

Stage 1 - you will pay a joining fee of R 50 000 ex VAT which secures the area until you have been approved. Should you not be approved or decide to pull out before training commences this amount will be refunded, minus the cost of the evaluation test (R1000 referred to in stage 2).

Stage 2 - take the thorough evaluation test. This test will give yourself and us an "insight into what drives you and how to handle you". We feel that before either of us takes this big step we should get to know each other.

Stage 3 - Your test indicates that you have the right characteristics to be successful in the Loft Space business. You now pay the balance of your Franchise joining fee (R350 000).

Stage 4 - You will start your 4 weeks training course... You will sign the Franchise Agreements which include a restraint of trade.

Stage 5 - you will get the custom designed Loft Space trailer, your mobile demo unit, brochures and promotional materials and working documents. The Operations Manual will be lent to you and is your responsibility for as long as you are licensed to operate the Loft Space Franchise. The Loft Space Franchise is a cash positive business model and you should experience the benefits early on. You will need to allow for working capital of R 35 000, which covers your start up expenses including the salary which you should award yourself.
