So, those soul searching questions did not scare you off? You have decided that owning and operating a Loft Space Franchise something you can enjoy and be successful in? If you can admit that you don't know it all and are willing to learn, you are meeting our first criteria. If you can accept that the Franchise Operations Manual is a living document designed to prevent you from making all the mistakes again we have made and has to be followed strictly. Criteria no 2 is being fulfilled.

If you are prepared to buy into our philosophy of being "hands on" and totally committed to "under promising and over delivering", you have met criteria no 3.

If you acknowledge that being an entrepreneur means you are not working from 08.30 - 16.30 with a 2 hour break for lunch and that your rewards are in direct relation to your efforts. Criteria No 4 is met.

If you can demonstrate a sense of urgency, pro-activity in your thinking and actions and accept that YOU are responsible for your success you have met all but the last criteria.

If you are prepared to take a financial risk and back yourself with your assets and confidence you have met our last criteria.
